Day 16 of 30 Days Wild is a quick look at how all the rain we have been having is impacting on the garden. The rain is still here and the garden is getting rather soggy now.
Some of my plants seem to be loving it like my Alpines, Mint and my Potatoes. Others like my Geum and my Oriental Poppies not so much.
I’ve been looking so forward to my Poppies bursting open but after a couple days of the rain it looks like a crumpled piece of tissue paper.
Although it is great for my plants to get a good drink I do hope the sun comes back soon to give other plants the chance to flourish. Fingers crossed!
